With Telephone Banking you can:

- Leave a message for an employee to contact you
- Access branch information – location and hours of operation
Have the following information on hand before you call:
- Your Personal Access Code (PAC)
- Your account number and home branch location
To use Southwest’s Touchtone Banking service, simply:
1. Call your local Telephone Banking number (519) 383-6173.
2. Punch in your account number and confidential access code.
3. Follow the directions provided.
