How To Activate Your New Card

Your new Southwest Regional Credit Union MemberCard is here, and it’s designed to make your purchases quicker and easier, all while maintaining security you can trust.

When you receive your new MemberCard, it will need to be activated twice. The first activation can be completed at a Southwest Regional Credit Union ATM or branch, located in Corunna, Sarnia, Wallaceburg and Wyoming. For those unable to get to one of our locations, the activation can also be completed at any Exchange Network ATM, available throughout Canada. This activation will allow you to continue conducting transactions you have come accustom with your current card.

Your new MemberCard is also equipped with Flash, a new feature enabling contactless purchases of $100 or less by simply tapping your card at compatible merchant debit terminals. The Flash feature is activated by conducting a PIN transaction at any merchant terminal. It’s that simple! Now you can enjoy the convenience of Flash with purchases up to $100 per day at any single merchant.

When using Flash, your MemberCard has a daily limit of $200. Should you exceed that, simply enter your PIN at your next transaction to reset the daily limit.

Please activate your new MemberCard by July 25th to avoid any disruption in service. Note that your previous Southwest Regional Credit Union card will no longer work after this date.
