ATTENTION ALL MOBILE APP USERS
There has been a recent upgrade to the mobile app. If you are experiencing any difficulties, please check the following before contacting your branch:
If you receive a “Warning Message” you will need to update the app go to your app store and click update
STEPS TO RESET LOGIN
If you have saved your login information:
You must use your account number NOT your debit card number
If you have already tried to use your debit card number as your login:
To fix: swipe left to go to the second page (do not login!)
Click settings > click “saved logins” > click on the delete symbol > click “create a new login” (brings you back to your normal login screen)
If using the Remember Me option, you must use a nickname
*Your Member Number is always your account number
*You can use all your previous information as before including passwords
This should update and Reset the app.
