2026 Southwest Regional Credit Union Citizenship Award – Alexander MacKenzie High School
Each year we award the Southwest Regional Credit Union Citizenship Award to a graduating student at each of our six local high schools! Earlier this week our CEO Glenn Wilson had the privilege of presenting the award to Beau Johnson, this year’s winner from Alexander MacKenzie High School. The award is given to a student who best exemplifies co-operative values and contributes positively to his school environment and local community.

Giving back to the Communities we live, work and play in
This week, on behalf of the Board of Directors, staff and members, our CEO Glenn Wilson, presented cheques to two incredible community organizations: $15,000 to Pathways in Sarnia-Lambton and $5,000 to the Children's Treatment Centre Foundation of Chatham-Kent. These organizations are truly amazing and are on a mission to provide outstanding services and support to children in our community.
'Tis The Season
Team members from our Wallaceburg branch and our Corunna branch had a festive start to the holidays. Garland, lights, gifts, hot chocolate and candy canes only enhanced the spirits of all involved as they walked during the Santa Claus Parades in each community.

2024 Scholarship Award Program Winners
Southwest Regional Credit Union is pleased to announce the 2024 Scholarship Award Program Winners! This year Southwest has awarded a total of ten scholarships of $1,000 to deserving Members continuing their post-secondary education!
Southwest Dragons were at it again!
The Wallaceburg Dragon Boat Festival also known as the Sydenham Challenge provides a fun-filled day of recreation and friendly competition for both community teams and established, experienced teams. Southwest CU has been a longtime sponsor of this event, and our team REALLY gets into it!
