THE 36th ANNUAL MEETING OF

SOUTHWEST REGIONAL CREDIT UNION LTD.

Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 6:00 P.M.

            Members will, at this meeting, receive reports and Financial Statements for the year ended October 31, 2025, appoint an External Auditor, Elect Directors and take action on any business as may properly come before the Annual Meeting.

          The Credit Union shall make copies of the audited financial statements, the auditor’s report and the audit committee report available for inspection, by any member, at the meeting at which the statements and reports are to be placed before the members and at the offices of the credit union and electronically at www.southwestcu.com at least 10 days before the meeting. A report on the gender diversity of the Board shall also be presented to the meeting.
